We've been getting a number of inquires into our new online academy version of The Logic Seminar, so I thought I would help you compare the two with this short list of features and differences!
The Dvd version features:Both of them have the same content, but depending on your setup, situation, and number of students, one may work better than the other.
If you have signed up for The Old Schoolhouse’s giveaway offer, you might be wondering where the DVD is! We’ve sent out a large batch already, and are getting ready to send out the next batch, and (Lord willing) it should be shipping the second week of July. Due to the cost of duplication and shipping, we have to produce it and ship it in batches. We are working on it, and should have them to you soon!
Praise the Lord, we are safe and unaffected by Wednesday’s storm. We stayed down in the storm cellar during most of it. Most of the heavy stuff was about forty minutes north of me. Pray for those affected by the storm, that doors of opportunity for witness and help will be available. Also, pray for safety as there will be many hazards in cleaning up the aftermath. Maranatha!
“To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” Isaiah 8:20. Notice that God uses the adjective “no”.
“Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.” I Samuel 12:24. Too often we forget that there is a qualifier in that verse: “serve him in truth…” It is possible to err by having zeal for God without knowledge (Romans 10:2).
“When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but with creatures of emotion, creatures bristling with prejudice, and motivated by pride and vanity.” - Dale Carnegie. Most of our Logic Seminar addresses these problems in us! How do WE think clearly…
